Motor Services
The heart of any SPEC E46 build is M54B30, while there are many still around, the good ones are getting harder to find. The difference between front of the pack and back of the pack isn't always the motor...but it SURE does help! Starting with a well built motor will give you both increased reliability and performance allowing you to concentrate on one thing and one thing only: WINNING THE RACE.
Head Work
Even the lowest mileage donors available tend to have issues with valves or having been over heated at some point in its life. By pulling and inspecting the head we can determine what's needed and get it back to optimal operating conditions.

Time-Sert
The Achilles heel of the M54 is the undersized threads in a cast aluminum block. Even the slightest over-heat can allow for a head gasket failure. By drilling, tapping, and inserting steel threads into the block, you're afforded more peace of mind and longevity of the motor.

Wreck Repair
We know stuff happens at the track. Let us help reduce the headache and down time by straightening what needs to be straightened and replacing only what needs to be replaced.
Transplant
Sometimes the repairs outweigh the value of simply starting over with a new donor car. Donor shell and a fresh cage is often times more cost effective. We will source the donor and perform the transplant getting you on the track in no time.
